Animal Testing and Its Benefits: Why In Vivo Testing Allows Comprehensive Research. The argument that animal testing is an act of cruelty against a species or species that cannot protest its supposedly pitiless treatment is a denial of the overall benefits that result from concentrated research on a living organism.
